Offline lab software runs on one computer at the lab. It works, but the data stays on that machine, backups depend on someone remembering, and the owner can't check anything from outside the lab.
What changes with web-based Pulse1
- Any computer, any place: log in from the front desk, the bench or home.
- Several users at once: each staff member has their own login and permissions.
- Reports online: send reports on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- Owner visibility: a live billing summary and activity tracking.
Planning the switch
- Export your test list, rates and doctor list from the old software if it allows it.
- Share them with the PulseOne onboarding team to set up Pulse1.
- Pick a start date; bill and report new patients in Pulse1 from that day.
- Keep the old software only for looking up past records, or ask us about record digitization.
