These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and E-Lab Management Software provided by PulseOne Integrated Solution ("Pulse1", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of our services
You agree to use our website and software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accounts & registration
To use certain features you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions & pricing
Our plans include Free, Pay As You Go (₹10 per bill, GST included, up to 20,000 bills per year), Monthly (₹1,499 per month, GST included) and Yearly (₹12,000 per year + 18% GST). Prices and plan features may be updated from time to time. Applicable charges are shown at the time of purchase.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Do not use the services to store or transmit unlawful content.
- Do not misuse or resell the services without authorisation.
Intellectual property
All content, branding and software associated with Pulse1 are the property of PulseOne Integrated Solution or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
